Romit Barat is a product professional having core competency in the areas of Alternate Investment Funds Portfolio Management Services, Mutual Funds, Structured Products, Investment Advisory, Wealth Management, Private Banking, Financial Planning, and Insurance. Romit has earlier worked with blue-chip organisations like Kotak, ICICI Prudential AMC, Motilal Oswal AMC, and others in various leadership roles. Romit is also a passionate trainer and have trained more than 5000+ professionals across in the industry that includes senior management from Axis MF, SBI MF, Motilal Oswal AMC, DBS Bank, HSBC Bank, Axis Bank, Sundaram MF, NJ etc.

Romit holds a MBA degree from prestigious Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management (IISWBM), Calcutta and is currently doing PhD in Management. He is also a voracious reader and his flair for writing is deep rooted in his noteworthy insight on market behaviour's that otherwise go unnoticed.

Dwaipayan Bose is the Co-Founder and Director of Game Changer Business Services (India) Private Limited. Dwaipayan heads mutual fund research and is the managing editor of Advisorkhoj.com. He is actively involved in product design, business development and the international business of Game Changer Business Services Private Limited. Dwaipayan and his team have built many innovative web based analytical tools and software solutions that are used by a large number of mutual fund distributors across India (300+ MFDs) and by several Asset Management Companies.

Dwaipayan has more than 25 years of experience, including 22 years plus in Banking and Financial Services industry. Dwaipayan is an MBA (PGDM) from IIM Ahmedabad (2001) majoring in Finance and Information Technology (Systems). He did his Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation and Electronics Engineering from Jadavpur University (1996). Dwaipayan has worked in many industry verticals like Asset Management (e.g. Ameriprise Financials, Franklin Templeton), Credit Cards (American Express), Capital Markets (as consultant to Citibank Venture Capital International) across multiple geographies. Dwaipayan worked in the United States for 7 years based out of New York and Minneapolis. In his last corporate role, Dwaipayan was the CFO of American Express Global Business Services in India based out of Gurgaon. His functional expertise is in the areas of Finance, Data Analytics, IT Solutions Design and Architecture, Fixed Income Research and Risk Analysis.
